Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• We do not accept returns on opened/used cleaning products or items marked "Final Sale"

To initiate a return, email us at Support@Cleansy.in with: Your Order ID, Reason for return, Product photos (if applicable). Once approved, we'll share return instructions.

Refunds
If approved, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item and place a new order.
